Thanks Eddy for the only article I've ever read about good bedtime and morning habits that inspired me to want to change my own somewhat inconsistent behavior, particularly in the mornings where I usually sleep late if I don't have an appointment which undermines the circadian rhythms that are critical to good health, work habits and effectiveness -- the sleep feels so good, but waking up with the rest of the world hours ahead of me feels lousy and I never can seem to catch back up on those lost hours which I seriously need in order accomplish what I want to get done during this life, so thank you! I also loved your alarm clock suggestion but unfortunately Amazon is currently out of them, but perhaps I can improvise something comparable with a Phillips HUE accent light that I might be able to configure to give the effect of the sunrise sequence (color and gradual intensity). You also cites 'The Artist's Way' "Morning Pages" which has been recommended to me several times, so I'll have to give that an honest try. Again Thank you!
